The FreeKiosk Cloud platform, this interface and its source code are the property of RUSHB. The source is not published, and the MIT licence covering the FreeKiosk Android application applies to that application only, not to this platform.

The FreeKiosk and RushB names and logos are the property of RUSHB. Using them in a way that suggests we endorse or publish your own product is not permitted.

Data you or your devices put into the service remains yours. We hold it on your behalf, as described in the privacy policy.

Availability and liability

This is a beta service and we say so plainly: it may be interrupted for maintenance or by a fault, and features may change. RUSHB accepts no liability for indirect damage resulting from an interruption, from data a device reports incorrectly, or from a command that does not reach a device.

One consequence worth stating, because it is the point of the product: your tablets do not need this platform to keep working. Kiosk mode runs on the device. If this service is down, your fleet carries on displaying what it was told to display; you simply cannot manage it remotely in the meantime.

Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under French law.
